Did 10 L-sit Pull-ups and 10 Ring Dips for the Muscle-ups. Burpees RX'd (13 inches to the bar).TT 25:47.05
Still fighting the cold so did 30 mu for time. 9:54 with turn out.
Made up my own WOD on this. I did 5 rounds of25 WBS25 KBS25 BurpeesI didn't time it, but it definitely sucked
