Rows, Hips and Abs

  1. I appreciate the WOD to break in the rower. I decided a 5K and 150 hip extensions and GHD situps would not be wise for this OG. So I scaled to 3 rounds. Nothing to be proud about but it was "fun"

    Rowing truly sucks the life right out of you. I agree 150% Craig. Did I puss out? Probably but 90 GHD's seemed sufficient for my midsection.

    Update: I'm down 14 pounds since 1/1. Good eating and WOD'ing like crazy really works. Go figure!

  2. I just bought a GHD within the last week. I thought my situps were slow using an Abmat. Jeez.
    Only did 3 rounds.

  3. I just went back and did this, but my time sucked. 22:54 for 3 rounds... ran out of time. GHDs wrecked me
