10 Rounds: 205 lb front squat, 10 parallette HSPU

  1. Surprisingly, I did the FS's RX'd @ 205, for HSPU, my shoulder and wrist have been bugging me lately, so I did to AbMat. Pushed hard in last two rounds to get under 15 minutes, TT 14:51.

    Initially loaded 185 on the bar, did a squat, felt fine... put 205 on there, did a squat, felt like I could do it, so I did it. Did about 7 or 8 rounds unbroken, a couple of times I went 3/2 on those dudes.

  3. I did 95# FSs and subbed 65# shoulder presses for the HSPU, with a warmup of 75 airsquats and 40 pushups/Joshups.

  4. Did shoulder press for HSPU and used 95#s for both the squats and shoulder press. I alternated between front squats and back squats. Did not time it.
