Vanity Day

  1. We've been doing one of these once a week. Bench press, curls, GHDs, triceps, etc. Today was a good session. Was doing some bench until failure, many sets... like 6-8 or so. was doing some barbell curls with 115 lbs, up to 8 reps, trying to go nice and slow. Ya, this is "pretty boy" stuff but looking good doesn't suck too bad does it? LOL. I've done a WOD 6 of 7 days, time to take a rest day tomorrow. Got my sites set on Gaza for Saturday. Not sure... have finals.

  2. You're such a pretty boy. Good luck on the day off. We're headed to San Diego, we'll see how much working out happens. Maybe a few park WODS.

  3. Vanity day today, no timer. Did 21 - 15 - 9 chin-up, squat and bicep curl.
