5 Rounds: overhead barbell lunges, GHDs, Back Extensions

5 rounds for time of:
135-lb. overhead walking lunges, 20 steps
20 GHD sit-ups
20 hip extensions

  1. Didn't have an outdoor space to do the OHL's, so I did step forward/step back = 1 rep, which is a lot harder than walking forward I think. Therefore, I scaled to 115. After round 1 I went from overhead to rack position because of twinge in right shoulder. TT 22:00. Happiness is 100 heavily weighted lunges with 100 GHDs! YAY!

  2. By "rack position" I mean that I was holding the barbell in front squat position... Jason, if you have any people that are going to be coming consistently, I'd say have them blog with us!
