  1. In the immortal words of Falstaff, "Today, discretion truly was the better part of valor." And with that as my inspiration I scaled this to 95#s on the walk and then after two rounds were done and my abs were starting to cramp up I scaled it further to just three rounds.

    3 rounds 95#OWLS 10:39 and still ouch!

  2. I did this Saturday, modified per coach Fletcher's suggestion. Still super sore! My right ass cheek is broken, left one not much better!! 4 rounds of
    - 30 lunges with 50# total weight
    - 25 sit ups with the 10# ball while laying on the exercise ball

  3. I jumped in late and got this done this am. I also modified, doing 5 rounds but 50 lunges with 25 lbs and then 25 sit ups each round.
