  1. Subbed runs with rows, and scaled DLs to 225 lbs. The rest RX'd, including strict pullups on the BPUs. TT 26:36. That was a bit rough.

  2. 800M rows, 145# DLs, 30# kettle swings (my right shoulder wouldn't let me do the kettle thrusts).

  3. Did 1K rows (before did 800M), did 205 on DLs, did 28 (double reps) KBS @ 53 lbs instead of the snatch squats cos' my shoulder. 28:15. Jesus (young rugby buddy) did it in 29:10 with 165 on DLs and 45 lb KBS.
