1 round + 7MU + 50WB + 42DULost my wind on the second round of WB and it never came back.
RXd, kind of. I did bar muscle ups. I normally do my WBs to an 8 foot target. What a difference 2 feet makes. They kicked my ass.Muscle ups went unbroken 1 round + 7MU + 16 WB
