  1. Did the cleans scaled to 115#s. I did the HSPUs kipping. I always do my HSPU strict, man kipping is way easier.
    Made it to the round of 15 HSPU and did 9 of those.
    Total 54 reps.

  2. I did the scaled version of this which was 10 push press at 95 and 10 cleans at 115, I got through 4.5 rounds. Not an easy 8 minutes.
