    1 x 185 x 10
    5 each of 225, 235, 245, 235, 205

  2. I was short on time so I mixed this one up a bit. Did 5 rds of 320# by 3 followed by a 30" box jump(box jump caveat, jump was flat footed with feet 48" away from the box) gave myself 45 seconds of rest between jump and deadlift. Fun little workout done in under 15 minutes counting warmup.
