HSPU were strict to abmat, pistols were ass to ankles but holding a post for balance/stability, pullups scaled to 10 and did them strict. That did not feel good on the shoulder, which seems to never be healing.
Craig, nice work. I did this today as well. The HSPs were strict to abmat, I did one round strict to the floor, first time I've done that-amazing how much harder they were. One leg squats were done with no squaring leg behind on a box so I did 10 per leg. Pull-ups were RX, trying to kip less. TT 21:44

I did elevated pushups using rackstand instead of HSPUs, balance assisted 1-leg squats, and 8 pullups. TT 21:37
