Today I went off script and somewhat made up my own. to warm up and get started, I did...


5-5-5-5-5 of 95 lb Push Press and HO Pull up's. TT: 4:38


Then I did 4 RFT of 40 45lb KB, 20 16" BJ's, 25 GHD sit ups TT: 20:33

    1. Josh did his own made up workout Tuesday night as he was booked for an early AM teetime today. Yesterday's workout consisted of 4 rounds of:
      25 GHD situps
      25 pushups
      10 toe-to-bars
      30 second bar hang, &
      30 second chinup holds.

      I then tried to row really fast but got a headache and quit. Still, feeling it today.
