ReplyDeleteJosh did his own made up workout Tuesday night as he was booked for an early AM teetime today. Yesterday's workout consisted of 4 rounds of:
Delete25 GHD situps
25 pushups
10 toe-to-bars
30 second bar hang, &
30 second chinup holds.
I then tried to row really fast but got a headache and quit. Still, feeling it today.
Josh, love how you integrated the holds. Did I send you that pullup strength building piece that talked about this? I think I did/... unless this is some strange coincidence in a parallel universe.
