Jeff, I agree it was tough after a weekend of celebrations.

Josh did 35:48 but had to scale down the push presses midway thru rounds 1 and 2 because I have girlie shoulders. Not CrossFit girlie shoulders, but Kate Moss girlie shoulders.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the party is at my house boys. I completely drained the tank and am still extremely sore from the core madness two days ago. Nonetheless I remebered the slogan on the wall at Crossfit Crested Butte "Stay calm and crush it." TT 24:59. I pushed very hard to get sub 25, which was the goal. 19:35 @ end of round two...
