Did this one today at 5:45 AM... had to rush so didn't use the rest periods. Scaled BS's to 185 and DLs to 215... rowed instead of running... TT 23:23. DLs slowed me down.
Did this one with Craig. Wanted to make sure my form was good and not hurt my lower back, so scaled it way down on weight. Started the Bk Squats with 115 on Rd 1&2, did 165lb on Rd 3-5. For DL, stayed at 125 lb. Rowed 400 instead of running. TT 20:43
