  1. This one started out pretty easy and then quickly escalated into metabolic disarray. Good wod 9:45 as rx'd.

  2. I started with Annie as a warm up and got a PR at 6:30.

    Then I jumped in to today's WOD but scaled DLs to 185. TT 11:50. Thr DLs were my slow point today.

    Then there were some ladies working out with Jane that weren't done so I finished their WOD with them-30 more sit ups and 30 push-ups followed by a 300m run.

  4. 9:43 but scaled to 205. Did this right after SQT. DLs slowed me down in later rounds... wall balls were unbroken

  5. TT 10:49. On the DL I forget if it was 125# or 145#, maybe Coach Fletcher remembers
