Weighted dip 5-5-5-5-5 reps

  1. Warmed up with some body weight and 25# dips.
    Ring dips
    70#s only 4 reps, the remaining 4 sets I dropped down to my next heaviest kettlebell, 53#s, 5 reps each.

    For me today Fran as rx'd in 4:37 then drove to the local hill and hiked it with a 20# vest on in 15:30.

    Yes, there was lots of loud cursing and yelling on the drive to the hill.

  3. I substituted this with 2 sets of tennis and 18 holes of golf. Yuppie crossfit. I am sunburnt and it took for fucking ever.
