Run 5K

  1. Decided to combine running and squats so we did the ol' 4 rounds of run 400 (or row 500) and 50 air squats. I did 2 runs and 2 rows... TT 14:53. Legs were still really sore from Murph two days ago. Then we capped it off be doing as many TTB as you can in 5 minutes... I was only able to muster 55 reps. First 10 went fast, next 10 pretty fast too... and then I slowed waaaaaay down.

  2. I altered to Row and weighted Squats.
    Round 1 row 400M squat 135 10x
    Rd 2 row 400M squat 155 10x
    Rd 3 row 500M squat 175 10x
    Rd 4 row 500M squat 175 10x
    Rd 5 row 500M squat 175 6X
    TT 19:29

    For KTB, 52 in 5mins

  3. I did a mere 4 rounds, run/squats.
    TT 13:26.

    For act 2 I got in 44 TTB which is like awesome for me.

  4. IMPROVEMENT ALERT!

    3 months ago, Mr. Joshua P. Harrison was unable to perform a singular toes to bar maneuver. Now, he just laughs at those.

  5. Went after this one today, I decided to follow suit and do the same 400 and air squats. TT 12:14. TTB in 5 minutes was 57. My callouses were killing my hands and I'll feel my abs tomorrow.

  7. Anything with running and burpees is your world. But ya, my inner thighs were really hurting.
