Decided to combine running and squats so we did the ol' 4 rounds of run 400 (or row 500) and 50 air squats. I did 2 runs and 2 rows... TT 14:53. Legs were still really sore from Murph two days ago. Then we capped it off be doing as many TTB as you can in 5 minutes... I was only able to muster 55 reps. First 10 went fast, next 10 pretty fast too... and then I slowed waaaaaay down.
Went after this one today, I decided to follow suit and do the same 400 and air squats. TT 12:14. TTB in 5 minutes was 57. My callouses were killing my hands and I'll feel my abs tomorrow.
