I did this as rx'd in 4:38. Good met con.
4:56 with rowing... transition time didn't help. I did power snatches and I did stop for about 5 seconds in round 2 and 3.
I used 75 LBS for the snatches, TT: 5:23
I ran and used 75# for snatches TT 6:41
Justin - great time. I did this RX in 5:13. I did power snatches, round 1 was fast and slowed from there. My goal was sub 5, but I missed it.
Justin beat me by 18 seconds and yet I get no love? I am hurt.
