Tabata: bicep curls, ring rows, plank, lunges, wall sit, and lateral raise holds

  1. After SQT I joined the ladies for a Tabata WOD. On the bicep curls I use 25# Dumbbells and did 98 reps, ring rows I did 109 reps, lunges I did 95 reps and the walls it I went for the whole 4 minutes with 3 short breaks and I used 10# Dumbbells for the lateral raise holds (these sucked).

    Overall, a great day in the Garage.
