Double DT or Heavy DT or Two Workouts I can't Do Rx'd

  1. Did single DT and that was plenty. 11:17 PR! Stoked about that because I was still super sore from Murph.

  2. I did an injured Masters version scaled... I did 10 rounds, but I scaled the DLs and HPCs to 135 and 95 for the PPs because my shoulder is going downhill. 19:53 that way. Things got slow in later rounds.

  3. Also, yesterday did a 3 hour mountain bike ride. I know I still owe a Murph.
