  1. I got through 37 double unders at the gym on Friday. Then I did it at the home gym on Sunday with painfilled quads, but I followed Kstar's advice on the mobility wod. I shaved a minute off my Karen time, but my %#!&$%R#&ing jump rope was too long and it kept hitting the garage ceiling and no repping me! I still managed to get 38 double unders but I wanting to cry becasue I should have gotten 60 to 70 or even more.

  2. First WOD in about 10 days. You guys are going to shit when you see my garage tweak. Serious stuff going on.

    I decided to just do the 150 WBs and the 90 DU's and whatever it was, it was... took me 14:21. Karen took me about 9... Beat down. Love it. Missed the WODs.

  3. Been lacking motivation lately. I did make it into the gym last night though to do this one. Couldn't find the 20 pound medicine ball so I had to use the 15 pounder.

    150 WB's, 90 DU's in 11:57

    Wish I could've found the 20 pound medicine ball. Was pretty beat down after this one. Off to the gym. Later fellas.
