  2. well, and it's one of those weird time periods where they decide to pound the same muscle groups over and over. Enough with the cleans!!! My body hurts all over!!

  4. Ugh.. I'll echo the same sentiments. Enough effin cleans. 1st 3 were unbroken, last 2? Blah. I ran out of gas completely on the last set of SC's and took 3 tries to get passed the pullups. I was pulling a good time until then.

  5. Did this one last night, but haven't made time to post til tonight.

    The guys on the main site that did this in 3:29 are not human. The extra 6" drop to get the dumbells all the way to the floor was the worst part...tied for worst was the rest of the clean thruster followed by the pullups.

  6. I went slow on this one... I was just tired... spent 20 minutes climbing rope beforehand is why. THE GOOD NEWS: I can do the 15 footers now RX'd every time. Figured out the footwork was the main thing. The bad news: I was spanked after doing about 10 RC's so the WOD took me 8:38. Oh well. Then I did 2 more RCs after the WOD just because I am pumped up that I can do them!!
