  1. Ahhh damn it. When will I ever be able to do all rounds under 4 minutes? My biggest problem believe it or not is the situps. I have a very long upper body so they just take my big ass pendulum a loong time. I pushed hard as hell though, I had to lay on my back after this one, totally dizzy and spanked. I got healthier and stronger today boys.

  2. BOOOOMMMM!!!! My best effort in a LOOOOONG time. I've been off since Tuesday, been doing stuff around house for Spring and hanging w/my kids and getting a lot of rest. I felt great today and NAILED this one.

  3. Ahhh....Barbarita the tequilla-guzzling table dancer. She's good for the first two rounds, but really sticks it to you with the last two.

    Not a good night at the gym for me. Just couldn't get going. My left knee still feels twisted and my hamstring is always tight. But, this doesn't involve too much legs so I did it anyway.
