My body did not want to do this after hitting 12.2 twice in three days, I almost missed the very second clean, but I gutted it out: 6:51/9:01/9:51/7:49 33:34 as Rx'd
Ummm... this one was insane!!! My back is feeling a bit stronger since my injury so I scaled the SC's to 95#. My first set took 4:04... and my lungs began to burst! After that.... it was one of the harder workouts I've had w/Crossfit since I started it on a regular basis. Tremendous! TT 25:19
This WOD destroyed me. I had to scale squat cleans to 125#, everything else as RX'd. 44 reps @ 145 was a no go, damn impressive doing this RX'd Justin. What an ass kicker of a workout.
Strategery was the key on this one for me. Splits were about 7/8/8/9. Split everything up into sets and stuck to the sets to keep on pace. 4th round was tough to keep rolling, but I made it through.
Tomorrow doesn't look too fun either. Later fellas.
GOOD JOB MEN! Played "A Warrior's Call" by Volbeat twice in a row last two rounds to keep me angry. Highly reccomended WOD tune.
I feel good about this one, I pushed 110% and left it all out there for Klepto. I truly try to reflect on the sacrifices these guys make when doing hero WODs and I push beyond the norm... I thought I was going to throw up and I felt like crap for a good 1/2 hour after this....had to lay down for a few minutes after that last clean.
Scaled SC's to 125 lbs to avoid overuse injury
Rounds were 5:09, 6:08, 6:19, 6:06
TT 23:42
Pushed like hell on last round of cleans, went 5, 3, 3 then collapsed. I might have to sit tomorrow out.... we'll see.
Wow, I kicked my own ass on this one. TT 21:45. Second time doing this one. I had a buddy come over and I didn't know I already did this, and I have this thing about missing Hero WODs.. so guess what I did it again LOL! I scaled SC's to 125 again. I pushed to the max today... and beat myself by almost two minutes!

Wy, just a note.. Hero workouts are ALWAYS harder than the norm. When we honor our fallen heros, we have to work harder!
