  2. It's been awhile since I went heavy on the squats so I kept it on the light side. It still worked me good. I'm so freaking sore from the snatch madness yesterday.

    I did sets of 10 pushups in between just for the heck of it.

  3. I did this one last night after the C&J/rope climbing WOD.

    Squats felt surprisingly really good. I had a mind-struggle to not drop in weight after about the third round, but once I got under the bar everything went well.

    Legs are already starting to have some soreness this morning. Not gonna be fun.
