  1. Went back home for the weekend to split the rest of the wood and do some work around the house for Ma. So, no WOD.

    Got back in the gym last night. Set the pace boat for 2:15/500m.

    TT = 8:50.8

    Beat the pace boat by about a length and a half. Tried to focus on consistent rowing throughout. I'm sure you all will whoop this, but I was happy with it.

  2. 7:19.0 ten seconds slower/longer than my PR. I still say this is one of the most devastating WODs there is when you are truly going full out balls to the wall. 10 seconds is a long time on a rower, that means my split time was 2.5 seconds slower throughout (split was 1:49.8). Fran throat!!! Big day of meetings... time to put on the suit and hit the road to make a dollar.
