  1. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK! My plan went perfect until I missed 165 five fucking times in a row!!! Score of 60 on the first go round. Now I have 48 hours to try and recover enought to do this bullshit again. Oh yeah, I my legs and lower back hurt and it has only been nine hours.

After atempting this I can only say that Froning and Bailey do not have blood flowing throught their veins, they have hydralic fluid.

  2. I wimped this way down... as to not hurt my already hurt body.

    I scaled to 75, 95, 115

    Got through 68 reps. I'm a wimp.

    Did some rowing too.

I watched that WOD demo and those guys are amazing. They make it look so easy.

  3. Justin, I think the fact that you did 30 135 lb power snatches is SICK. Don't feel too bad. Those guys are the baddest in the world.

  4. Justin nice work you strong bastard. Froning and Bailey are unbelievable in that video. Just WOW. I scaled as well. 75-115-135

Timer went off as I was swapping out plates for the 135's.

  5. Ok.. got my ass in the gym and tried to do this WOD w/o wrenching my back. My lower back has a huge issue w/any mid level lift so I lightened this one up.. a lot. I also only went up by 10#'s. Yea, fear motivates me to stay light, but I got through it.
    60#, 70#, 80# (yeah, weight not impressive I know).
I got 80 reps. My back is sore and if I can walk tomorrow I'll not be so freaked by these (squats, snatches etc). All I can say is those dudes in the WOD demo are freaks. I miss being able to workout w/o fear of back spasms.

  7. Did this one last Friday afternoon, but haven't made time to post until now. Failed at 135 and ended up wasting a bunch of time going from 75 to 135 (failing) and back to 115.

    Total - 47 reps

I think if I wouldn't have tried to go to 135 I would have gotten 55 or possibly 60.
