This is the first time I have run more than 400m in a long time,it felt pretty good but I was not going anywhere fast 30:10 as rx'd with about a 1:30 in transition time to go through the house and into the garage to get onto the rower. I would like to hit this one again mid july when I have been doing my summer running wods.

  3. Pukey came to visit literally. I've had the stomach bug the past couple days so I've been down and out. Still not 100% so I'm skipping another day. Tomorrow is another day.

  4. I got this one in last night. I tried to do DT two nights ago, but only made it through two rounds. I just couldn't get going. Had similar troubles tonight, but pushed through it just to finish.

    TT = 35:22

    Running and my left hammy felt a little better, but still not back to good yet. Oh well, I'll keep stretching and trying to work er out. Later fellas.

  5. Finally able to do this one since the gym I work for is the only place I can row.

    First mile was 8 minutes, but that 2k row killed my last mile(9:20). Blah

    I also did "Lynne" on Friday. I didn't see an entry for it so I'll throw it in here.
    I had my sets broken down but can't remember where I put it. Anyway, total was 127.
    Bodyweight bench 185#
    I think I started with 23 bench, and 20 pulls for the first 2 sets. This was fun.
