My are refused to HSPS today, might be 12.3 coming back to haunt me.
So I took out the HSPs and added my 20# vest for the 21-15-9 RD/PU. Turned out to be a very tough but good WOD. 12:12
Going to be adding dead hang pull ups and HSPs back into my routine. These games WODs have made me feel like a complete pussy. I need to get my motor back.
I had to sub weighted dips for ring dips. I started the dips w/70# weight, but that was way too ambitious. I scaled it back to a 55# weight. Everything else as RX'd. TT 10:16
