I think I got my mojo back. Rowing 1000m. 21:10 for a monster pr. Also, I am 95% sure that when I am rowing a 2:00 minute split on my rower it would be a 1:50 or better at the gym. I think something is not quite registering right, but I'll take the pr.
Ok, nothing like a Monday w/the time change and still have a lingering hangover from Sat night. Probably affected my time on this one, but felt great after. TT 23:40 RX'd.
Got this one in last night. My left hamstring has been tight and feels like there is a huge knot or something in there lately. So, running was tough for me last night. Pace was above a 10 minute mile, which really killed my time.
Subbed 1K rows for runs, for situps I did GHD's to flat, touched the pad with vertical body for upstroke. I think this was harder than AbMat situps. 23:45.
