This blog is for a bunch of guys who do CrossFit Workouts from all over the place to post our results, musings, and ramblings for all to see.
This WOD was tough. I scaled to a 35# bar and it still took me forever!! Alternated arms every 7 reps. Glad it's over.

My garage hole cieling thing is getting closer. I got the rope hung, it's a full 15 feet and I will tell you what, climbing a rope 15 feet is very hard, and very scary. Need to get the technique down. Sheesh... brutal. There is no real sub for it. Got some wooden rings too, they are very smooth and nice. Went to a local fitness supply warehouse called "RAGE Fitness".. very cool stuff down there. The rope is an 18 foot poly rope. I am pumped!! WOD'ing starts tomorrow no matter what. Still phlegmy but oh well, tired of waiting...
ReplyDeleteDid this one last night. Started the first round with the 45# db, but scaled down to the 35# db for the rest.

Turkish get-up and go-to-hells were more awful than burpees. Ugh.
