I am trying to be smart about the bicep tendon so I subbed 155 lb DL's for the LPUs (at least it's a pull move I guess).TT 19:32HSPUs were to AbMat. Pathetic. One word to describe how awful I did on this WOD. Full ROM on the HSPU's for the first 39 reps. After that they were to AbMat, my shoulders just couldn't do it anymore. L-pullups were not perfect and seemed extra hard today. TT: 19:47

Thanks Craig. I felt slow. Set of 21 HSPU's took me over a minute and I usually can bang those out. Maybe it was the Thai food I had for lunch. :)How did your presentation go? 410 people? Holy shit balls
