21-18-15-12-9-6-3 HSPU and L Pullups

  1. I am trying to be smart about the bicep tendon so I subbed 155 lb DL's for the LPUs (at least it's a pull move I guess).

    HSPUs were to AbMat. I feel like those are improving but damn they are hard for me. Good to do a bunch of health lifts too!

    Giving a presentation to 410 people this morning. Wish me luck.

  2. Pathetic. One word to describe how awful I did on this WOD. Full ROM on the HSPU's for the first 39 reps. After that they were to AbMat, my shoulders just couldn't do it anymore. L-pullups were not perfect and seemed extra hard today.

  4. Thanks Craig. I felt slow. Set of 21 HSPU's took me over a minute and I usually can bang those out. Maybe it was the Thai food I had for lunch. :)

    How did your presentation go? 410 people? Holy shit balls
