I messed around and did some heavy triples and doubles on the regular snatch from the ground mixed in with some rowing sprints. best triple 145# best double 155# Best 500m 1:36.3
I am not very good at these... I got up to 145x2, could have got three perhaps, but you see... I tweaked a muscle in my shoulder blade area on the way down on #2, still finished it. Nothing too big of a deal, I think it's going to be like a "kink" and will go away in a few days I hope. Who knows....
