2013 CrossFit Regional Games WOD 6

  1. Castro is cruel. I had an awful time with this one.

    First my DU's were an all time worst... I don't know what was going on. Took me 4:33 ?!?!?

    Then the HSPU's were even worse. They literally took me 11 minutes?!?!?

    I guess I got stronger today, but what a disappointment. I really need to work on my shoulder strength.

  2. Did you do the 160# Shoulder to over head and 160# Front rack position walking lunge? Damn impressive if you did.

  3. Nice work Fletcher. I did a ten mile or so run today to get ready for next weekend's half marathon. Needless to say based on today's 11 minute mile average, I will not be ready but I should be able to finish the stupid thing next weekend.

  4. Dude I forgot to mention that I scaled the barbell to 125. I have the strength to do RX'd, but too many injuries and problems. It just would have screwed me up.

    Gotten in a few more Dynamax's lately, we have 3 20's, 2 14's, 1 12, and 1 6. Having fun! Lots of people coming over lately. Like 20 a week.

  5. I'm right there with you brother. I could do it Rx'd but no way I would try. My shoulder might not hold up and I certainly don't want to find out if it would.
