can't do any pulling again for a bit, bicep tendon has flared up. I think it always will unless I stop doing hardcore arm stuff completely long enough for it to heal. It's hard, I like my WODs!
Today I did 4 RFT:
Bike around the neighborhood with 20 lb vest (about 1.3 miles) 15 bench press @ 155 25 GHDs
TT 31:45
Then did another set of bench.
All sets of bench unbroken.
Big family reunion today, 30-40 people coming over in two hours. Time to get ready for that!
Going on a fairly grueling mtn bike ride tomorrow afternoon with Chelle then out to dinner for Father's Day. Rest Monday, back at this stuff on Tuesday. Hopefully bicep tendon will be feeling better.
My buddy Mike did the 21->3 SDHP/PJ WOD, immediately ran 800, rested 5 minutes, then did the 21-15-9 KB snatch + pullups back to back. He was hurting after that.
