I am not very good at HPCs so I was happy with a pr that just kept going today: 135x3/155x3/165x3/175x3/185x3pr/195x3pr/200x3pr stopped it there and called a half rest day. Funny this wod is about 1/3 as taxing on the body as the 5x3 hang power snatch wod.
