  1. 8:35, PMFR! About time.

DU's went better than usual. First round I did 40 in a row, a single set PR right there.

Situps were AbMat with feet anchored under dumbbells, ass was as close to ankles as possible, which isolates the abdominals, makes them harder, but more effective.

    Yo.

I think I'm going to go do some back squats just for fun. My friends are out there doing Kelly.

  2. First time doing this RX'd. Lot's of singles in the mix but I got the work done. Situps were same standards as your's Craig.

Slowed me down with DU's, but oh well.

    As Rx'd: 14:11

  3. Dude that's cool you did it RX'd. That's the only way to learn DUs. It's funny too... because after I got the 40 in a row, I got tons of small sets. DU's are a mystery to me. The WOD the other day with 100 in a row.. I was doing tons of singles and then today I rattle off 40??

  4. I got me a PR at 8:38, which is over 2 minute PR. I don't have a way to anchor my feet so I do toe touch with an ab mat. Your house tonight Fletcher, but you get an * for the difference in speed between anchored and unanchored:)

  5. Did this Rx'd also. I would of been a lot quicker if I had subbed singles. I can string a minimum of hundred together. On the the first 50 DUs, it was ones and twos. I was trying to go to fast. I slowed it down on the rest and was putting more together. On the last 10 I did them as 5, 3 and 11. I know that was more than 10 but I was on a roll. 11 is my number in a row to beat. TT 17.00.48
