Gallant

Let's get this one on. Whoa.

  1. I only have a 15# med ball, but I chose to not use that as an excuse so I strapped a 5# ankle weight to my wrist because it was a hero WOD. I am going to call this RX'd.

  2. Nice work Dave. I'll hit this one up over the weekend. Looks like a tough one.

  3. Dave, way to lead the one on this one. I don't know how I did it, but I followed your lead and did the last 15 burpee pullups unbroken. Way to set the bar high. This is a true hero wod for another true hero. As rx'd:

    11:39 BPPU
    6:336 run
    6:07 BBU
    3:31 run

  4. SPANKED!

    TT 34:29.

I subbed the 1 mile run with a 2K row with a 20lb vest and the damper set on 10. The rest RX'd. I didn't want my knee to be jacked. I got off the rower at about 8:30.

I did ALL sets of BPU's unbroken. I just did a pace I knew I could maintain. Damn near got sick. My buddy Mike did this one with me, he's a great runner (triathlete) but not so strong, so this was his wheelhouse. We came in after the 400M run neck and neck (and we are quite competitive with each other, I'll admit, which is fun, we yell at each other a little bit :-) and I flew through the 15 BPU's without hardly slowing down, beat him by 12 seconds. Then I had to roll around on the ground for a few minutes, he was crawling around in the yard... coughing really hard. Almost met Pukie!

God Bless our troops. I wish we'd get out of most of the places we are in... protect our own borders.
