3 RFT 1K row, 20 pullups, 30 BJ's

  1. Man my bicep tendon keeps getting worse. Getting healed up is getting harder as I get older.

    Henceforth and hitherto, I subbed 30 Wall Ball's in rounds 2 and 3 for the 20 pullups. Round 1 was RX'd and it was twinging.

    Getting off of that rower in round 3 knowing I still had some work to do was a mental battle. The freakin' rower, I swear... I oughtta....

    1K times went 3:40, 3:48, 3:55

    I've been learning to use more legs on the rower, given my arm. I think that is more efficient anyway, unless you have to do a bunch of box jumps *sigh*

  2. I subbed 800 meter run for rows. No way in hell I was doing 300 SDHP's. I know get a rower.

    Just making a statement, not complaining, but it was 92* in my garage. Love a lot of things about Florida, but working out really sucks in the heat.
