30 minutes 3.32 miles. Not great, but not too bad it's about 9 minutes a mile pace.
Thought about doing rows instead of runs, because of the knees. The T-storms stopped so I figured to just take it easy instead. Only did 4.7K. Well below normal pace, but the knees feel good.
