I did the math and scaled this to 8 DLs per round @ 175. TT 5:31. Nonstop hauling ass. Then I did Snatch Balances and tweaked myself. Go figure. There's always something wrong with me LOL.
Good time Craig. I didn't come close. As RX'd, feet anchored under dumbbells for situps on the ABMat.TT: 6:07
Scaled the DLs to 180#sTT 7.12.42Rounds1 1.07.052 1.16.443 1.36.154 1.40.715 1.31.57
It was 185 pounds not 180. I can't add 135 and 50.
I did this as rx'd with unhooked behind head floor to foot touch sit ups in 4:32.
Justinius the Strong. to get that time, I am picturing you doing the entire WOD unbroken. Damn.
Few very short breaks in 4 & 5 on the situps. 3 quick breaths and go kind a deal.
