  1. I did the math and scaled this to 8 DLs per round @ 175.

    TT 5:31. Nonstop hauling ass. Then I did Snatch Balances and tweaked myself. Go figure. There's always something wrong with me LOL.

  7. Few very short breaks in 4 & 5 on the situps. 3 quick breaths and go kind a deal.
