  2. Taking a few extra days off, but doing some running to stay active. I did something to my repaired shoulder which is not a good thing. Doing the right thing and resting it, icing it, heating etc..Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious.

  4. I redid 13.3 and had major calf crapping issues, thank you very much games wods!! got through 73 DUs at the buzzer, happily got the muscle up right away, so next time if I have fresh calves I think I got er.
