  4. Did this RX'd with a 10 pound WB to the ground and off the wall each rep.

    Last time was 8:34, this time was a BIG PR @ 6:43.

    Rested maybe 4 or 5 or times total consisting of two deep breaths. My throat is burning like Fran.

    Going to rest 10 minutes and then do the 20-30-40-50 WOD.
