The last time I did this one I used 135#s for the DL and my HSPU with my feet on a 20" box and did it in a time of 9:17. I still kept the HSPUs the same, but used 155# for the DLs. My new PR for this is 7:14.20.
I had to reboot. I have lost my ability to do HSPs. I did all the deadlifts unbroken and did sets of 5, 3 and 1 hsps in between. Very frustrating to back three years, but it is what it is. So then I did 42 double unders, 21 HSPs feet on 20" box, 30 DUs, 15 HSPs feet on box, 18 DUs, 9 HSP feet on box in 5:30. I got a good workout in and got full range of motion, just less weight.
I have been putting it off, but I have to start doing HSPs in my warm ups again. Yuck, I hate HSPs.
