  4. Just did regular situps, because I do not have a GHD. My chest to bars were actually chest to rings.
    My goal was to do this unbroken and around Chris's time. Did this unbroken and my time was 10.44.99. If I had a GHD I am sure my time would about 2+ minutes slower, so right about the same time.

  5. Chris, the rouge 20",24",30" box is a really good investment I think. High rep jumping on plates scares the shit out of me.

    As rx'd in 14:31. This was a sweat festival, might have had something to do with the beers I drank...

  6. Went back and did this, but I subbed ring dips for CTBs. Did all sets of RD's unbroken except for one foot tap in the round of 7 reps. That was tough to do, but was a goal.

    I actually did 30" box JUMPS not step-ups, like I always do when they are this big. That may have been the first time I did that many 30 inchers. I always think I can't do it (because I'm not a great jumper and I have taken some diggers). So that slowed me down, but it was an awesome feeling to conquer something new... and granted, something as simple as box jumps after all these years following the main site.
