Clean and Jerks and Rope Climbs

  1. My legs are still toast from doing Nancy a few days ago, so I did 5 RFT of 10 Chest to Ring pullups and 10 95# push presses.

  2. I went with a strategy of doing a squat clean for the last rep of each set and it paid off. I missed my first power clean at 205 and so I finished off with squat cleans and I nailed the 225# rep for a 1:30 pr at 12:58. It was rx'd with my standard legless ass to 9' ceiling sub on the climbs.
