I did this a little differently. I have a hard time transitioning from a sprint cardio (run, row, etc) to a weighted exercise. I did this like Justin, I think, has done this in the past. I want to say he called it fat man style. Anyways I did a 500M row and then right into 10 85# shoulder presses. Before I began I was hoping to keep the rows somewhere between 1:50 and 2:00. After doing my first one I changed my goal by 10 seconds. I completed all of the presses unbroken. Row times 1:44.0, 1:46.8, 1:46.6, 1:47.4, 1:47.7
Hey guys... haven't done a WOD in several days. Got sick AGAIN. I swear... I am actually going to see an immunologist. I've been sick like 5X this year.
This AM I did shoulder press 5's up to 125, then did some med ball GHDs, then did Annie. Didn't time it, but my DU's are getting better. The new rogue speed ropes with bigger handles are awesome. Been hacking all day.
