This sounds like a good one, and a good cause. On this day (yesterday) I worked out for the first time in 4 days (had to kick that cold). Chelle and I did a 17 mile single track mountain bike ride that included 1,800 vertical feet of climbing, lots of fun technical stuff. Ride time was about 3 hours... took a couple of breaks, lunch, etc. so total time on the trail was 3:30.
This one ate my lunch and my dinner too. 179. Pr by 9. Came out of the gate fast with 75, then things got hard in a hurry 53 and 51. Strangely, burpees were my go to move.
