  1. Most likely will not get to this until Friday. Going by my 5K time, assuming I can hold that pace, this will take me 1:47 to do.

  2. This is one of the few times I'm not jealous for not having a rower. Have fun with this one fellas.

  3. I am not going to row for two hours, no thank you sir. I would rather be on my bicycle traveling about if I am going to do two hours of cardio. Khalipa is kicking ass.

  4. So the Docs I work for got off early today, so today was the day to do this. I made it to 7391M and my fingers felt like the skin was going to rip off. I stopped and got some gloves I use to go shooting with. They are very thin and have full rubber on the palm side. If any of you attempt this wear gloves. Anyways, when I got back to the rower it almost timed out. I had to reprogram the rest of distance, 13706M.

    My first 2k was 8:21.7
    Total Time 1:43.06

I beat my estimated time. My last 1k was a 2:10 500M pace. I will not call out anyone for not doing this, because this sucked, but I am glad I did it. Felt very rewarding.

  5. damn Dave that's impressive. Most I have ever rowed was a 10K a long time ago. That took me 39:54. I dread even thinking about a 1/2 marathon row.

  7. Thanks Craig and Chris. Craig, I would think you and Justin would be able to do this in 1:30 or less. Both you guys row way faster than I do.

  8. I am about ready to guarantee a 90 minute or less performance, but that idea just scares me and makes my buttocks quiver.

  9. Dave that is awesome. Nice Work!!! I pussed out at around 5k. My ass was just killing me from those front squats and wall balls. I have rowed a 10k before and every thousand meters after 5 I had to get off and run around the garage to get rid of the numbness in my ass. This wod was just not meant for me.
