The beauty of crossfit and using the same scale to weigh yourself over timeis that you really just can't lie to yourself forever by saying your not really "that slow" or getting "that fat" and today I faced that reality, both on the scale and in the garage gym. I am "much fatter" and a"much slower" than I was about two years ago, much, much on both counts. As rx'd 6:54. Going off the beer and back on a measured zone diet til I get back on the horse.
